1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk87 ("pk87", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk87 platform, website, games, sports betting services, and all related features available at pk87.app and its subdomains.

1.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pk87 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk87.

1.3 pk87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the pk87 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the pk87 homepage or directly to registered account holders.

1.4 These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict with any translated version.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use a pk87 account. pk87 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 or over.

2.2 pk87 reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any time. If there is reasonable suspicion that a player may be underage, pk87 may suspend the account pending verification and void any wagers placed during the period of suspicion.

2.3 It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing pk87. pk87 does not represent that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction and expressly disclaims liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.

2.4 pk87 services are available to individual players only. Corporate entities, syndicates, and commercial betting agents may not register pk87 accounts without prior written authorisation from pk87.

3. Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

3.1 Each individual may hold only one pk87 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts – whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or household – is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistan mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, pk87 requires all account holders to complete identity verification. This process ("KYC") requires you to submit a clear copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and may include additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. pk87 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk87 login credentials. pk87 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact pk87 support immediately.

3.5 pk87 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any credits therein to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. pk87 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are credited to your pk87 balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 pk87 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment method used to deposit must match the name on the pk87 account. Deposits from mismatched sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. pk87 targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts, subject to banking and payment provider processing times.

4.4 pk87 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.

4.5 Withdrawals of bonus-related winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements having been met in full prior to withdrawal processing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 pk87 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered account holders. All such offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

5.3 pk87 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has been credited in error, pk87 reserves the right to reverse the credit.

5.4 Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Players who attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic play patterns, collusion, or multi-accounting may have their bonuses voided and accounts closed.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on pk87 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. Game rules are accessible within each title on the pk87 platform. Sports betting markets are governed by the settlement rules applicable to each event type.

6.2 pk87 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by obvious pricing errors, technical faults, corrupted data feeds, or incomplete event data. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's pk87 balance.

6.3 In-play (live) bets are accepted at pk87's discretion. In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event. Bets accepted before a market suspension will stand unless otherwise noted in the specific market rules.

6.4 pk87 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any game, betting market, or platform feature. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated where possible. pk87 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk87 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with pk87 games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game or bet outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Placing bets intended to arbitrage pricing errors rather than as genuine entertainment wagers.
• Money laundering or any use of pk87 accounts to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing pk87 from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, where such access is known to the player to be unlawful.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another individual to use your pk87 account credentials.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the pk87 platform – including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, and trade names – is the exclusive property of pk87 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk87 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any pk87 content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk87 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk87 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 pk87's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pk87 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk87's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy

11.1 pk87 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the pk87 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the pk87 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 pk87 will not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 pk87 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes via a notice on the pk87 homepage or by direct communication to registered account holders.

12.2 Your continued use of the pk87 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the pk87 platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the pk87 platform operator's jurisdiction of registration. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

13.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk87 platform, you should contact pk87 support in the first instance. pk87 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

13.3 Any disputes relating to the outcome of a specific game or bet must be submitted to pk87 support within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered.
